Our Heritage

As a long-established firm of Chartered Surveyors, we take great pride in our proud heritage. Our company evolved from three separate entities, each with its own distinct history. Walter P Evans and Company, founded by Robert Evans, was the first of these companies, followed by H.G. Godfrey-Payton and Co, which was appointed Agent to the Earls of Warwick at Warwick Castle. Latterly, Greville-Heygate and Company, originating in Market Harborough, managed numerous estates in Northamptonshire and Leicestershire.
