Our Story

Established in 2002, we set out to create a relaxed and enjoyable working atmosphere, where our experienced and passionate team of surveyors could provide top-notch survey and valuation services. Our directors and surveyors have a wealth of experience and a collective enthusiasm for survey and valuation work, and we remain true to our core objectives and values. We're proud to say that we don't rely on advertising, and instead, our work is generated through referrals and personal recommendations from our professional reputation and excellent service standards.

Our surveyors are Chartered Surveyors, RICS-Registered Valuers, or Associates of the RICS. We regularly undertake Continual Professional Development, abide by the RICS' Guidelines and By-laws, and adhere to their Ethics and Professional Standards.

Our Team

Our team of experienced surveyors is dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise. Our directors, Paul Henley and Matthew Isherwood, have many years of experience in the industry, having qualified as Chartered Surveyors in the late 1980s and early 2000s, respectively. Jamie McCormack, our third director, joined the company in 2013, bringing his skills and expertise from his experience in a large consultancy.
