Our expertise in the property market covers all sectors and is across the whole of the UK. Resolute was founded by Mark Goulding who is, by profession, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor.

Our Story

Mark left Savills to join the privately owned property investment company, Propinvest where he was Director of Development and Building Consultancy. In his career Mark has been fortunate to have been involved in both high profile and exciting property developments and transactions, and now leads the Resolute Property team. With a wealth of experience and knowledge, we provide comprehensive services that cater to the needs of our clients.

Our Services

At Resolute, we offer a wide range of services that are tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients. Our services include Professional, Technical Due Diligence, and Projects. Under Professional, we offer services such as Dilapidations - Landlord and Tenant Schedules of Condition, Defect Diagnosis and Analysis, Party Walls - Neighbourly Matters, Maintenance Management, and Feasibility Studies. Our Technical Due Diligence services include Pre-aquisition Surveys, Portfolio Surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, among others. We also provide Project services such as Development Management, Project Management, Contract Administration, Employer's Agent, Cost Consultancy, Procurement advice, and Value Engineering. Additionally, we offer SKA rating services, which is an environmental assessment method, benchmark and standard for non-domestic fit-outs.
