Founded in 1999 by Alan Gardiner, BSc FRICS MCI Arb, our firm built upon a solid foundation of expertise and dedication. Alan, who qualified as a surveyor in 1992, honed his skills as an Associate Director at Eric Young & Co. where he managed Landlord and Tenant work extensively throughout the UK. Over two decades, Alan has amassed invaluable experience in the commercial property market and cultivated a reputation for delivering exceptional results, securing instructions from numerous prominent clients.

His commitment to professional excellence is reflected in his notable achievements, including his membership on the RICS Chairman's panel of Arbitrators/Independent Experts in Scotland and within the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
