Smiths Chartered Surveyors is an independent practice that has been providing a comprehensive range of property-related services to clients across York and North Yorkshire for over two decades. Established in 2000, but with roots dating back to 1982, our practice is well-established in the local market and has extensive knowledge of the property market in the area. Meet our Principal

Simon Smith, our Principal, is a highly experienced and qualified chartered surveyor with almost 30 years of experience in the profession. He holds an honours degree from London University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers. Simon is passionate about property and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our clients.

We currently have two properties available for sale:

• Fogcloss Wood, a block of 5.26 acres (2.13ha) of mixed broadleaved woodland in the attractive rolling countryside to the south east of the hamlet of Potterton, guide price 52,500.
• Moor Lane, Copmanthorpe, York, a block of 5.76 acres (2.331ha) of agricultural land available as a whole or in two lots, guide prices 39,000 for Lot 1 and 47,500 for Lot 2.
