Marshall Land & Property Associates was formed in April 2005, born out of the Building Consultancy division of Meadowcroft Chartered Surveyors, which our founder, Hugh Marshall, headed for 22 years. With a presence in Kensington since 1983, we have established close ties with local firms in the property management field. Our sphere of operation is mainly within the M25, although we have clients based in London and nationally. We undertake surveying and project management throughout England, with a particular interest and connection in the West Country.
