Our History
Frazers Surveyors Ltd was founded by Matthew Lewis, a Chartered Surveyor with a passion for providing exceptional service. Starting from humble beginnings, the company has grown organically over the years, expanding to three offices at Kingston upon Thames, Woking, and Camberley. Today, we operate from our Woking head office and a satellite office at Hampton in Middlesex, covering a wide geographical area with greater efficiency.
Our Services
We specialise in providing RICS Home Surveys - Level 2, a concise report in a standard format, designed as an economical service. Our team also offers RICS Home Surveys - Level 3, a more comprehensive report suitable for all properties, but usually commissioned for older, larger, more complex, or altered buildings. In addition to our survey services, we provide valuations, schedules of condition, professional witness reports, and a specialist property finding service, which identifies, negotiates, and acquires properties for clients with specific needs and disabilities.
