Our Expert Team
Our team consists of highly experienced and qualified surveyors, with a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the industry. Tom Lister, Director, has extensive experience in surveying and valuations, and is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor, producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). Sam McDonald, Director, is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years of experience in the residential property market. Jonathan Headley, BSc MRICS, is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential surveying. Our team is led by Tom Lister and Sam McDonald, both of whom are Director-level professionals with a deep understanding of the property market.
