Simon has over 15 years of experience in commercial property and construction, working across all facets of building surveying. Lee has over 25 years of experience in building surveying, dilapidations, party walls, and neighbourly matters, as well as project management and contract administration. Matt is an expert in technical due diligence and surveys, contract administration, project management, development monitoring, and building reinstatement cost assessments.
