The RICS Building Survey, also known as the RICS Home Survey Level 3 or Full Building Survey is the most comprehensive of its kind, reassuring you that you have a clear idea of the property’s current condition. We’d recommend choosing a Level 3 survey for properties that are either older, larger, extensively altered or extended, worth more than £1,000,000, or in poor condition.

Excellent. I arranged a RICS 2 level survey on a property I want to buy - it was arranged in good time and provided clear details of all the necessary checks. We received an extremely detailed survey from Joshua Weston, which contained really useful information. The level of detail that Joshua provided helped us with planning, and allowed us to go ahead in purchasing our new home. Generally high efficiency with great details.
We had our survey and the surveyor called at the end of the survey to talk us through some of the problems of the house. We were first time buyer and have loads of questions, yet he answered with patience and gave us lots of details and explanations. Report came in within a week, just as they promised. Great details with many relevant pictures. Certainly he identified a lot of things (major and minor) that we didn't noticed.
We read the report and some questions arise a month later. Email them, got really specific answers and responses with explanations.
Really happy my friend suggested them to us, and would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The service we received from Fourthwallbc was first class. They are extremely efficient and professional. Our survey report was received very quickly and was thorough and comprehensive. Our solicitor commented on the quality and is following up on several of the findings and recommendations. We requested a follow up phone conversation and our surveyor could not have been more knowledgeable, courteous and helpful.

Faultless. A brilliant service and we would use Fourth Wall again in a heartbeat. We had a difficult journey getting to the end house and Joshua was brilliant source of help and advice throughout.
