We carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys for standard residential homes to assist buyers in assessing condition prior to commitment. The survey delivers greater depth than a Level 2 Home Survey, suited to complex properties. Intended for purchasers requiring detailed insight into condition before decisions. 
We provide a focused inspection to identify the cause of a specific defect within a property. The service covers cracking, dampness, roof issues and other visible property concerns requiring professional assessment. We assess significance and offer independent advice on repair options available. Inspection is visual and non-invasive, with further specialist input recommended if required. 
As part of our core survey offering, we provide additional services to enhance understanding of a property's condition.
