Our RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Survey gives buyers a clear understanding of a property's condition before purchase. We inspect accessible internal and external areas, identify visible defects and assess key features including roofs, walls, floors, windows, doors and services. The resulting report uses straightforward language, photographs and condition ratings, with guidance on necessary repairs and ongoing maintenance. 
We provide comprehensive RICS Level 3 Building Surveys for older, larger, unusual, altered or poorly maintained properties. Our inspection examines accessible internal and external areas, construction materials, structural elements and visible defects, supported by photographic evidence and a 4K drone inspection. We provide clear repair, maintenance and condition advice to support informed property decisions. 
Our Specific Defect Surveys offer a detailed, non-invasive assessment where there are particular concerns about a property, such as cracking, movement or suspected structural damage. The inspection concentrates on the relevant area, rather than the whole property, and provides an in-depth report focused on the structural issue. Related building matters identified during the inspection are also addressed. 
We provide professional property valuations based on expert knowledge, local market insight, inspection and recognised valuation methods.
