Established in 1992, IGL Surveying Ltd is a well-established consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality services to clients across the North West of England. Our team of experienced and chartered building surveyors has many years of collective experience in the industry, and we have built a reputation for providing exceptional service to social housing providers, insurance companies, commercial and residential property owners.

The Team

At IGL Surveying Ltd, we pride ourselves on our friendly and approachable team of professionals. Our team consists of Directors Ian Dootson and Robert Baines, both of whom have over 30 years of experience in the industry. They are joined by our Senior Chartered Building Surveyor, Jessica Whitwell, who brings a wealth of experience in residential, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors. Our Consultant, Brent Gaskell, has over 20 years of experience in design and contract administration, project management, and employers' agent services. Last but not least, we have Robert Innocent, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) with over 30 years of experience in design and contract administration, project management, and employers' agent services.
