*RICS Level 2 Survey (HomeBuyer Survey)*
The RICS Level 2 Survey is a visual inspection of the property to evaluate the overall condition of the building and highlight any defects, such as dampness or structural movement. This type of survey is typically recommended for properties built after 1900 that appear to be in a reasonable condition. You can also upgrade this to a RICS Level 2 Survey and Valuation if you require a RICS qualified valuation to verify whether you are paying a reasonable price compared with the current market.
*RICS Level 3 Survey (Building Survey)*
The RICS Level 3 Survey is the most detailed level of RICS Home Surveys available and is usually recommended for properties that have been significantly altered or extended, are in a poor condition, or were built before 1900. This survey provides a comprehensive analysis of the property's condition, and you can also add a qualified market valuation for an additional cost.
*Drone Surveys*
In addition to our RICS Home Surveys, we also offer Drone Surveys for detailed inspections of all roof coverings and chimney stacks. Our team will assess your requirements and discuss the best approach for your property.
*RICS Valuation*
We can provide a RICS Valuation to ensure that you are paying a reasonable price for the property. Our team will assist you in making an informed decision on what is a reasonable price for the property. We also offer the RICS Valuation for Help to Buy redemption purposes.
