Unpleasant Experience
One reviewer, Daniel James, had an unpleasant experience with Mallard. He was instructed to carry out a valuation on behalf of their lender for a remortgage on his rental property. However, the director, Rhodri, arrived unexpectedly and was pushy and rude to his tenant's daughter, who suffers from extreme anxiety. Rhodri was also condescending and unsympathetic when speaking with Daniel, and made no allowances or offered no resolution. The situation deteriorated further when Daniel complained to the office and was told that the valuation was cancelled by the company without any prior notification or apology.
Poor Communication
Mallard's communication skills were also called into question. The company cancelled the scheduled valuation without informing Daniel, and when he called the office, he was told that the cancellation was due to the lender's instructions. This lack of transparency and poor communication left Daniel feeling frustrated and disillusioned.
Exceptional Service
