Our Home Surveys, conducted by RICS professionals, provide an expert account of a property's condition, highlighting any problems in clear and easy-to-understand 'traffic light' ratings. We offer RICS Level 3 Home Survey (Building Survey) and RICS Level 2 Home Survey (HomeBuyer Report) to cater to different property types and client needs.
