Rockall Building Surveyors is a North West-based practice of Chartered Building Surveyors, regulated by RICS, with extensive professional experience working in Chester, Liverpool, Wirral, and North Wales. Surveys

We provide the following types of surveys:

• Full Building Surveys: A detailed report on the condition, construction, and makeup of your building, including advice on defects and maintenance.
• Defect Diagnosis: A report analyzing the cause of a defect and advising on remedial measures required.
• Schedule of Condition: Records the condition of a property and can be appended to a lease to ensure that all parties are aware of the condition of a property at a given point in time.
• Planned Preventative Maintenance Reports: Prediction of defects to allow costs to be spread over time and reduce the risk of responsive maintenance costs.
• Dilapidations: Preparation of Interim and Terminal Schedules for Landlords following a Tenant's breach of obligations under their lease.
• Stock Condition Survey: Records the condition of a group of properties.

Building Maintenance

We deal with the identification and diagnosis of defects, preparing schedules of remedial works, including organizing and managing repairs, including refurbishment and redecoration. We act as Consultants for management of residential and commercial cyclical repairs and major works, both in singular and larger scale multiple units.

Design & Project Management

The role of the Chartered Building Surveyor covers a wide range of other services, including Architectural Design and Supervision of Building Projects. We can carry out this role often by way of a single appointment, making our services cost-effective. Where required, we will work alongside other professionals.
