Disappointing Experiences

Several reviewers have expressed disappointment with their experiences with Mason Wright Associates. Jason Diep received a quote that was subject to a discount offer, but was later informed that his kitchen was not eligible due to its layout, despite the email stating that the offer was for all survey fees. He felt that the company did not communicate properly and that the survey was booked far in advance without informing him. The cancellation process was smooth, but Jason was unhappy with the lack of communication and slow process.

Jessica Smith also had a negative experience. She felt that the report was poorly written and failed to mention clear and obvious issues with the property. The surveyor was rude when she asked for clarification and ultimately hung up on her. Jessica did not recommend the company and suggested going elsewhere.

Positive Experiences
