Our expertise extends to valuation for the modification or discharge of restrictive covenants and other residential and commercial cases where damages are assessed by reference to diminution in value. We work nationally, with the majority of our work coming via recommendations by solicitors, barristers, and building surveyors. Both partners are experienced expert witnesses, having given evidence in various courts and tribunals.
