Our company has a rich history, tracing its roots back to 1844 through a firm called Heeles and Co, which was then acquired by Joseph H Mawson around 1919. Over the years, our firm evolved into a leading regional Estate Agency business with multiple office locations in Leeds city centre, Horsforth, Moortown, Guiseley, Elland, Brighouse, and Halifax.

Today, Mawsons continues to provide a Partner-led service and deals with many private clients, some of whom have been advised and acted for in the region of 90 years. Our team is dedicated to delivering a personal service, always putting the needs of our clients first.

• Alistair Ritchie: With over 40 years of experience, Alistair has extensive knowledge and professional experience in the commercial property market, having acted for a wide range of clients.
• Cameron Ritchie: Cameron joined the firm in 2008 and has a degree in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. He holds a Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management.
