At Greenham Commercial, we are a multi-disciplined practice offering a personal service and have a wide range of clients from private individuals through to large corporate organizations, financial institutions, and publicly funded bodies. Our aim is to provide sound professional advice on all aspects of commercial and development property to all our clients, regardless of their size.

Our History

Greenham Partnership was founded in April 1991 by Anthony Greenham FRICS IRRV, who had previously worked in the private sector in the area for twenty years. Anthony retired from the practice in March 2007, but still stays in contact giving advice when required. Chris Stubbs BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the practice in 1996 with the role of developing the commercial agency side of the practice, having extensive commercial agency experience from two other firms in Manchester. Chris was made a partner in 2001 and continues to run the Agency side of the practice. In 2005, Andy Donn BSc (Hons) MRCIS joined the practice as a partner dealing with all professional matters. Andy has previous experience in both private practice and the public sector. Most recently, he ran his own firm 'Andrew Donn Commercial' in Bramhall. In 2005, Greenham Commercial became a limited company, and we are now a multi-disciplinary property consultancy and firm of Chartered Surveyors.

• Schedules of Condition: We prepare schedules of condition for commercial properties.
• Business Rates: We provide planning reports and expert witness services for business rates.
