Our Story

Gully Howard was formed in 2003 as a merger between Jeremy Gully Commercial and Howard Associates Chartered Surveyors. In November 2021, the professional services business stopped trading, but the Gully Howard name lives on in the current iteration of Gully Howard (Commercial Property), which goes back to Jeremy Gully's original format.

Our team is led by Director Gavin Chambers, who has over 20 years' experience in the Commercial Property market on the Isle of Wight. Gavin moved to the Island from London in 2003 and has been with Gully Howard since then. He was brought up in Somerset and moved to the Island for the higher quality of life that it provides.

Morgan Williams joined Gully Howard in October 2021. He had previously gained valuable experience with Ventnor Town Council, working initially as an Administrative Assistant Apprentice and subsequently becoming their Administrator. Morgan knows the island very well and is familiar with the characteristics of the localities.
